We develop the entire process for producing the end product. Additionally, support customers upto implementation stage. This commitment is one of the key to our success. Plant Design:

Impact also handles design and engineering solutions for capital projects elegantly using a separate team, e.g.: Plant engineering, steel, civil and other heavy engineering areas. Solutions can span simple code based design to comprehensive design solutions for entire plants. Specific solutions include CAD solutions for owner operators multi-disciplinary engineering for projects, conversion of passive 2-D P&I Diagrams to live intelligent P&IDs with live component information. AEC:

Detailing services covering, Structural (Steel detailing), Civil (Rebar) & Architecture are offered by Impact. These services are directed towards full filling the needs of LSTK contractors, construction contractors and architectural firms. As per our principles of value addition in each business segment we also associated design services in Steel and Civil engineering. More elaboration under "AEC".

Multi-disciplinary Solutions:

Integration of various disciplines and their applicability to the service is carried out by Impact. Such projects are executed with the entire inter-disciplinary responsibilities in house. This is part of the initiative to offer a comprehensive solution in place of piece meal services. Piece meal services require much input from a customer. When you deal with Impact you are likely to need much less time to put the whole solution together.

Value Engineering Services:

We carry out product cost reduction exercise by optimization of material, shape, material substitution, identifying less expensive manufacturing processes, etc., for our customers. This is a kind of service that is very useful during days of down turn of economy and leads to direct gains from the engagements.

Failure Analysis:

In today's competitive world design improvisation is a constant exercise. Impact offers customers specialized FEA, CFD and failure analysis services. Impact uses extensive FEA & CFD analysis in most of their design exercises as well.

Contract Staffing:

As a part of various customer support activities we also provide qualified and trained resources from our resource pool for the 3-D CAD, Engineering and Project management services.
